Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products through it. This site is operated by High Focus Professional LLC ("HighFocus," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About This Site

HighFocus is built as a multi-vendor marketplace platform. At this time, all products listed on this site are sold directly by HighFocus. In the future, we may onboard additional independent sellers to the platform; if and when that happens, we will update these Terms to clarify how orders from those sellers are handled, and each seller's listings may be subject to additional seller-specific terms disclosed at checkout.

2. Products We Sell

We currently sell physical goods — including our HighFocus fragrance oil line (such as RED FLAME and DARK) — and plan to offer digital products (such as books) in the future. Digital products are not yet available for purchase; when they launch, section 5 below describes how they are delivered.

3. Accounts and Orders

You do not need to create a customer account to shop with us. Your cart is stored in your browser using a cookie, and you complete checkout as a guest. You must provide accurate information (including a valid email address, and a shipping address for physical orders where requested) so we can fulfill your order and contact you about it.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. When you check out, your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's or PayPal's secure payment interface — we do not receive or store your full card number. We retain a record of the transaction reference (payment provider and payment/order ID) so we can confirm and reconcile your order.

5. Digital Product Delivery

For digital products, once your payment is confirmed you'll see a download link on your order confirmation page. That link does not expire on its own — visiting it generates a fresh, time-limited (currently 5-minute) secure download URL each time, so you can return to the same link to re-download your file later, as long as your order remains in good standing (for example, has not been refunded).

6. Shipping

For physical products, shipping method, estimated delivery time, and any shipping cost will be shown to you at checkout before you complete your purchase. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after payment, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be honored. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at the email below. Once a physical order has shipped, or a digital download link has been issued and used, cancellation may no longer be possible — see our Refund Policy for your options at that point.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and order issues are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site's operation, or to place fraudulent orders.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, images, and branding such as HighFocus, RED FLAME, and DARK — is owned by High Focus Professional LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HighFocus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
